We have been severing the Ward End community since 1909 first being called the 45th Scout group then 1st Ward End until we became the 34th Birmingham during this time we have been providing a safe space for children to come and learn new scout skills and to make new friends

At the 34th Scout Group, we are dedicated to fostering a sense of community and adventure among the youth of Ward End. Our mission is to empower children through outdoor activities and life skills that will help them become responsible citizens.

34th(1st Ward End) Scout Group was founded in 1909. It started as a small group of individuals who were passionate about integrity, respect, care, belief, and cooperation. Over the years, it has grown into a thriving community/club with a strong presence in Ward End.
We meet twice a week, usually on Monday and Thursday at Monday 18:45 till 20:00 and Thursday 17:00 till 20:00. However, we also organize events and activities outside of our regular meetings.
Anyone new joining the 34th scout group will have the first four weeks free after that it will be £12 a month the fees help cover the costs of running regular meetings, including rent for the scout hut, materials for activities and games, and badge costs.
Anyone who shares our values and is interested in helping to support and grow the group in the area can join 34th(1st Ward End) Scout Group. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and ages.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal opening hours.
